As part of our ongoing work to increase the availability of accessible housing within the UK private-rented sector, we are working with developers and funders to establish a pilot project of between 30 and 40 homes in a region city, spread across a small number of developments. The homes will be new-build properties will a full suite of accessibility features and will showcase how to integrate accessible housing within a mainstream investment portfolio.
