Christopher Down
Executive Director
Qualified accountant and funds industry entrepreneur. Founded Hearthstone Investments, a specialist residential fund manager, which went on to create three housing funds including the UK’s first FCA authorised residential PAIF and raised c. £300m of institutional capital.
Chris is Managing Director of Solis Capital, which is the majority shareholder in Abode Impact. Solis advises clients seeking to create new investment funds in housing, green energy or infrastructure.​
Iga Dabrowa
Head of Operations
Iga is a real estate and project management professional with experience overseeing portfolios of more than £1bn in assets under management. She has a strong track record of building and scaling business operations, developing high-performing teams, and fostering trusted relationships with stakeholders.
Iga is a fractional Head of Operations for Abode Impact. Previous experience includes: Berkeley Homes - portfolio management, Realstar Capital (Uncle) - asset management, Fizzy Living - operations, Lloyds Banking Group - business transformation.
Ian Graham
Non-executive Director
Ian is a career lawyer with over 30 years’ specialist experience leading and working within Trowers & Hamlins' Housing and Regeneration division, retiring as one of their senior partners.

He is currently non-Executive Chairman of Legal & General Affordable Homes.
Eleanor Bowden
Non-executive Director & Founder
10 years in global ethical business, most notably at Unilever as chief of staff to a global division of 350 people, and leading strategic external relations at ethics organisation, Blueprint for Better Business.

Eleanor is the founder of Abode Impact and is responsible for driving the early direction of the organisation, winning a number of significant grants and awards. She is currently Managing Director of Pineapple Homes (part of Pineapple Partnerships) and Regional Lead of Jigsaw.
Liberty Bollen
Head of Marketing
Liberty is a Senior Marketing Expert passionate about amplifying purpose-led brands and helping them connect with the audiences that matter. She has over 26 years’ experience of helping B2B organisations working within property, impact investment and sustainability sectors.
Liberty offers fractional marketing support to Abode Impact, Solis Capital, and Pineapple Partnerships. She is also a Board Trustee for Jelly Arts Charity.
